Remember: eSIM activation can take several hours after purchase. We recommend activating one day before you need to use it.

Quick Fixes

1. Check eSIM Status

  • Ensure your eSIM profile is enabled
  • Verify it's selected for mobile data
  • Check if roaming is enabled (if traveling)

2. Restart Network Settings

iPhone:

  1. Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings

Android:

  1. Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Network Settings

3. Manual Network Selection

iPhone:

  1. Settings > Cellular > Network Selection
  2. Turn off "Automatic"
  3. Select a network from the list

Android:

  1. Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network
  2. Advanced > Automatically select network (toggle off)
  3. Choose available network
