First Things First
Remember: eSIM activation can take several hours after purchase. We recommend activating one day before you need to use it.
Quick Fixes
1. Check eSIM Status
- Ensure your eSIM profile is enabled
- Verify it's selected for mobile data
- Check if roaming is enabled (if traveling)
2. Restart Network Settings
iPhone:
- Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Android:
- Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Network Settings
3. Manual Network Selection
iPhone:
- Settings > Cellular > Network Selection
- Turn off "Automatic"
- Select a network from the list
Android:
- Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network
- Advanced > Automatically select network (toggle off)
- Choose available network
Common Issues & Solutions
No Signal/Service
- Wait 24 hours after purchase for full activation
- Toggle Airplane mode on/off
- Restart your device
- Check if you're in a supported country
Data Not Working
- Verify data roaming is enabled
- Check APN settings are correct
- Ensure eSIM is selected for data
Can't Install eSIM
- Verify device is carrier unlocked
- Check internet connection during installation
- Try installing via WiFi instead of cellular
