From checkout to your eSIM
Review your order
Confirm the package, quantity, required travel date and total. Keep the recovery code or backup file provided at checkout.
Follow the invoice
Choose an available currency and network, then send the exact amount to the address shown. Check any wallet or network fees before confirming.
Return to your order
Follow payment and eSIM preparation on your order page. Installation details appear when they are ready; payment confirmation is not an instant-activation guarantee.

Check the invoice and order status. If you have paid but cannot continue, contact support with your order number and transaction reference.
