By purchasing and using Aeronnect eSIM products, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Product Information

Our eSIM products are:

• Data-only plans (no voice calls or SMS unless specified)
• Valid for the specified duration from activation

Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided when:

• The eSIM fails to activate due to technical issues on our end
• The product was not delivered to your email
• Request is made within 24 hours of purchase (if eSIM is unused)

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your device supports eSIM technology
• Providing accurate email address for delivery
• Not sharing or reselling purchased eSIMs
• Following installation instructions correctly
• Using the service in compliance with local laws

Limitations

Please note:

• Network speeds depend on local carrier coverage
• Data caps apply as specified in each plan
• eSIMs cannot be reinstalled once deleted from device
