The conditions of your plan
Read your plan’s activation rules. Some plans start when installed; others require arrival or a travel date.
There is no single activation timeline for every package. Follow the conditions shown with your selected plan and its installation details.
Open the installation details
Return to your order page after payment. Wait until the eSIM’s installation details are available.
If you closed the page, use your recovery code or backup file to reopen the order.
Install and connect
When your eSIM is ready, open its installation details on your order page. Follow the plan’s activation instructions.
Connect to Wi-Fi or another reliable internet connection.
