Setting Up eSIM on Android Devices
Important Timing
We recommend purchasing and activating your eSIM one day before travel. The eSIM may not work for several hours after purchase due to the activation process with our local provider partners.
Compatible Devices
- Google Pixel 3/4/5/6/7/8 series
- Samsung Galaxy S20/S21/S22/S23 series and newer
- Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series and newer
- Most recent flagship Android devices
Installation Methods
Method 1: QR Code (Recommended)
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network
- Tap Add carrier or Add mobile plan
- Select Scan carrier QR code
- Scan the QR code from your purchase email
- Follow setup prompts
Method 2: Manual Entry
If QR scanning doesn't work:
- Select Enter info manually instead
- Enter the activation details from your email
- Complete the setup process

- Settings > Connections > SIM card manager
- Add mobile plan > Scan QR code
- Follow activation prompts
Google Pixel
- Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs
- Add carrier > Scan QR code
- Complete setup
After Installation

- Set data preferences
- Choose default SIM for calls/texts
- Test connectivity
