By using Aeronnect's eSIM services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Description

We provide eSIM services for mobile connectivity. Our service includes:

  • eSIM profile delivery
  • Customer support

3. Fair Use Policy

Some unlimited plans are subject to a fair use policy:

  • Usage limits are specified in the product name or description
  • We reserve the right to suspend or disable service if limits are exceeded
  • Service quality may be adjusted to prevent network congestion

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms:

  • All payments are processed through NOWPayments
  • The payment processor's AML (anti-money laundering) policy is applicable, and Aeronnect does not have the ability to influence it.
  • Aeronnect does not use KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in any form
  • Prices are as listed at time of purchase
  • Refunds will only be issued in the event that delivery or use of the product cannot be fulfilled due to a fault on Aeronnect's side.

5. Service Limitations

Please note:

  • Service availability depends on local network coverage
  • Speed and quality may vary by location
  • Some devices may not be compatible with eSIM technology
