Refunds are generally not available for most countries after receiving your QR code. This is due to the allocation of resources from local providers, which allows us to keep our prices low and competitive.
Why This Policy Exists
When you purchase an eSIM plan:
- We immediately allocate resources with local network providers
- These resources are reserved specifically for your use
- This allocation happens as soon as we generate your QR code
- This system allows us to offer significantly lower prices than traditional roaming
When Refunds May Be Available
Limited exceptions may include:
- Technical issues preventing eSIM installation
- Service not available in purchased destination
